We present here the price of a dental veneer in Lyon at our practice, as well as the procedure.
Dental veneers are the ideal solution when you want to change the appearance of your teeth and beautify or rejuvenate your smile. Whether you want to correct the color, size, shape or spacing of your teeth, a veneer gives you a result that is both aesthetic and long-lasting, reproducing the appearance of natural teeth (including their translucency) almost perfectly. Those around you will see a pleasant change in your face, but will not necessarily detect that you have touched your teeth. Unlike “American-style” smiles, our challenge is to create smiles that look “natural”. A veneer is a thin film of ceramic bonded to the outside of the tooth. In this way, it does not replace the natural tooth, but merely masks it. It does not weaken your teeth, which retain all their vitality. So you benefit from all the aesthetic advantages of a top-of-the-range dental prosthesis! At Studio Dentaire, all our veneers are custom-made by experienced French prosthetic craftsmen. They enhance your face and smile, and take into account your wishes and personality.
The price of a dental veneer at Studio Dentaire ranges from €1,300 to €1,550. The final amount will depend on the technique chosen at the time of the esthetic assessment: in fact, depending on the chewing forces in your mouth, a glass-ceramic veneer, which is even more resistant, may be proposed in certain cases for a lasting result. Before starting veneer treatment, we’ll let you try on a mock-up to visualize and validate the project. This mock-up is produced following the aesthetic assessment. This assessment is an in-depth study of your smile, during which we take photos, record a video and take x-rays. Photos and a video will be given to you at the end of the assessment, so that you can show them to friends and family if you wish. The aesthetic assessment and mock-up fitting cost €355. This service is covered by Social Security to the tune of €110. Studio Dentaire can offer you a personalized payment schedule if required.
Dental veneers are applied at our office in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement.
The service is divided into 3 phases:
1/Aesthetic check-up:
we check the health of your teeth and discuss your expectations with you during a long meeting with the dentist and his assistant. We then redesign your smile on the computer to determine the shape, size and proportions of the veneers. You can then preview the result and see how the prosthesis will fit into your mouth. We can create a single veneer or an entire row.
2/We prepare your teeth under local anaesthetic and take impressions of your teeth in our office.
The tooth is prepared and minimally trimmed to allow the ceramic film to adhere using a special adhesive. This procedure is minimally invasive. It is painless. Temporary veneers are made of resin.
3/Final veneers:
10 to 15 days later, you return to our office to have your veneers fitted.
