Terms of use

The purpose of the present Terms and Conditions is to set out all the conditions of access to and use of the Site.
Access to and use of the Site imply tacit and unreserved acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions by the User, in their latest online version.

1 – Mandatory information

2 – Site access and availability

Access to the www.dr-touati-herve.chirurgiens-dentistes.fr.com website is open to anyone wishing to obtain information about the activities of Le studio dentaire. Access to the Site is ensured on a continuous and permanent basis, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of Le studio dentaire, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. However, due to the nature of the Internet, Le studio dentaire cannot guarantee that the Site will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3 – Liability

Le studio dentaire strives to provide users with the most reliable and qualitative information possible. However, Le studio dentaire does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. The studio dentaire cannot therefore be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by users or third parties that may be attributable to information published on the site, or more generally to consultation and use of the site.
The studio dentaire does not monitor sites linked to the site via hypertext links, and declines all responsibility for these sites and their content.

4- Confidentiality and personal data

All data of any nature whatsoever has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and presented or collected on the site. As a user of the Site, you authorize Le studio dentaire to use this personal data.
As a user, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended).

5 – Cookies

The dental studio may use “cookies”. Cookies do not allow us to identify you by name. However, they do record information about your computer’s browsing on our site (the pages you have visited, the date and time of your visit, etc.). This enables us to know which parts of our Site are of most interest to you. For users who have communicated identification data (e-mail, password, etc.) specifically for use on the site (personal space, etc.), these “cookies” will avoid having to provide this identification information each time, and again, insofar as these cookies will “recognize” the said user. 6 – Intellectual property

Consequently, no use, distribution, reproduction or other operation on these documents, even partial, may be made without the express authorization of the author, in accordance with articles L. 111-1, L. 122-1 and L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Only the legal exceptions provided for in article L. 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code are authorized, namely representation within the family circle, private copying or the right of short quotation (provided in this case that the name of the author and the source are clearly indicated). Failure to comply with these provisions constitutes counterfeiting and may result in legal action, including criminal penalties.

7 – Miscellaneous

The Dental Studio reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of these Conditions. The new clauses will govern all future relations between the parties, and only the new version will prevail between them. The present Conditions are governed by French law.
